Aurelia begins with the classical grandeur of silk satin and French lace, then transforms these traditions through meticulous handwork and ceremonial scale. The rounded bodice is constructed from French lace carefully carved, repositioned and layered entirely by hand. Rather than functioning as conventional surface decoration, the lace becomes the foundation for an intricate botanical composition. Delicate ramage emerges through silver-thread embroidery, interspersed with luminous crystals that capture light with the slightest movement. As the embellishment travels downward, its concentration gradually diminishes, appearing to dissolve into the breadth of the skirt. Beneath this intricate surface, successive layers of tulle and generous expanses of fabric create exceptional volume while preserving softness and movement.
